Site Stats
Most counters that provide reports generally do not contain a hit counter either. Site Stats includes your choice of several styles of a hit counter in addition to providing reports. You also have the option of allowing only you to see your reports.

Site meter
Site Meter has many features and some nice charts, but other than that this service is disappointing. It is not that accurate, and it is a difficult to navigate through.

IPStat
Tracks how many visitors you have (assuming you have 10,000 or under a day), browser info, and then displays domain information. You cannot edit your account that much, and as the FAQ says "Because that part of IPSTAT has to be programmed, and at this moment there is not enough time available for that part of the IPSTAT project" just about sums up all the features you don't get with IPStat such as no refers. However, IPStat does have some awesome graphs. They put things in perspective.

Feedback
They are most likely the number one provider of free forms. And for good reason. It requires little HTML experience to create an awesome form. There is a catch to this great service: When a user gives feedback, he/she is transported to www.freedback.com when they are done. You cannot change this.

Response-O-Matic
A no hassle service that allows you to have a form on your site without hosting a script. It gives flexibility on what you can do with your form.
